We publish exchange rate information and guides. We do not exchange currency, send transfers, or hold funds, so we cannot look up, track, cancel or refund a transaction — only the provider who took your money can do that. If a transfer has gone wrong, contact that company directly, and if they do not resolve it, escalate to the financial regulator that authorises them in your country.
Corrections
If you spot an error in a guide, we want to fix it. Send the page address and what you believe is wrong, and if you have a source, include it. We correct errors promptly and note material corrections on the page.
Security
If you have found a security issue affecting this site, please email hello@currencylook.com with the details and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing publicly. We appreciate the report.
CurrencyLook will never email, call or message you asking for a password, card number, bank detail, one-time code or identity document. We have no account system for our free tools and no reason to ask. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that requests any of these things, it is not from us — please forward it to hello@currencylook.com.
